# About the pull request
Ports the groundside ops console to TGUI! and adds som…e cool features from the OW consoles while we're at it
Multi squad overwatching support included, merges the almayer control console into the GOC as well
Adds an OB safety system controllable by the keycard scanners east of the CIC bubble. OB safety blocks the SO consoles from firing an OB, and is either toggled ON or OFF, does NOT need to be used with each launch.
OB safety is OFF by default, and can only be toggled by a senior officer with senior CIC access

uhmmmmmmm, I think it looks pretty? and uhmmmmmmm, I think OB safety is good to have, and will be useful for paranoid commanders, and uhmmmmmmm swiping your keycard is pretty HRP soooooo
