If you check this, it does establish that indeed “fuck you” counts as a threat to command. I understand you’ve said it was meant for the SEA, but I had also told you to stop, and you said it right in the face of a CO to the third highest ranking person on the ship.
While it is true that the situation occurred on red alert, both situations occurred with no MPs and in front of the marines. You invited dissent onto an operation that was already in peril at the start considering the extreme holes we had in departments and roles.
Is a report about a BE in brief. Again, one of the many reasons I executed you was for LRP. A corporate-liaison acting extremely disrespectful to the marines command staff in front of their whole crew. You also solicited desertion in front of the entire crew of the Almayer with:

if @Steelpoint could, I’d really like to get the logs on which staff member sent me the Weyland-Yutani fax back. Because that fax declared verbatim from a staff point of view that the behavior you were exhibiting counted as insanity due to how LRP it was.
