Phosphors dont glow blue when they burn, (they glow colors when an electric charge is applied) and AFAIK the only way to actually get a blue light from burning stuff is to use copper compounds so the downside of the executive select cigs is probably the heavy metal poisoning

Fun fact people used to use white phosphors in matchs. However we stopped after people got a phossy jaw. Sure it’s likely these cigs use red phosphorus but I imagine breathing in the vapors would be bad for you.
