Description of the incident:
He was blocking the only way in and out of the main barricades. We were all holding there. I shoved him to try to get him to lay down so we could move past. He pulled out his gun and full clipped me. I tried to adminhelp for 45 minutes but got no response. I have to go to work so I dont have time to wait any longer.

Hello. After reviewing this case, I do not believe any breach of our rules was done by either party during this main confrontation.
You had genuine reason to fear for your life in attempting to get back into your defences, however, the accused was also badly hurt enough that you attempting to punch them would have given them reasonable fear that their life was in danger and thus they had to defend themselves. Under rule 10, exceptional circumstances, leeway is given to bypass typical escalation if the situation allows for it, and in this case I believe that criteria was satisfied by the accused.
Under Rule 3 charge, I do not see any evidence to suggest their actions to block you were malicious or intended to be antagonistic.
I will note that your efforts to find and murder the accused after the fact were a rule-breach. I won’t be taking administrative action regarding that action at this time, but I would stress to you to refrain from taking ‘matters into your own hands’.
