What’s up, I have been really busy (Working + Finishing a thesis for my college degree)

Alright, here’s what the CO Council has to say:
First off, the application itself is solid and the fact that you’re a returning CO also brings merit. You’ve got good community support and plenty of people vouching for your abilities. That’s a plus.
Unfortunately though, several Councilors, who were previously leaning to accept you, were dissuaded by your less-than-stellar responses to some questions asked in this thread and some statements by people here, in particular this response:
Fun is fine, but if I woke up a spec, I expect the decency to at least tell me “Hey command, I suck at SADAR, I’ll try going grenadier” or “Command, can I go grenadier instead?” but no […]
And this statement from Hippie:

Some councilors have also voiced their reservations about you seemingly putting winning above anything else, in a game where people should have fun first and foremost, and also have noticed a drop in your activity that, while I understand you’ve been working for college, we’ve not got a lot of opportunities to see you perform ourselves.
All in all, while you do have some strong points going for you in this application, the Council unfortunately cannot, in good faith, come to accept this application. Too many loose ends need to be tied up, such as your way of handling personnel in-round, your philosophy, and overall just being more active to give more reviewers a chance to see you in action.
This application is denied. You can reapply in 30 days starting on October 10, 2024.
