It’s frankly terrible. You have to be adjacient, sprite click a now panicking xeno, and there’s still a delay to use it like other tails, which makes it hard to use it reactively
simple, let it work like spitter/boiler’s acid spray, change the color to blue so its obvious it does no damage, and remove the delay.
Make it cost all or most of your rage if it becomes too strong, which I doubt, because it’s strictly worse than acid spray and you lose the goated tail stab move
