Lore fact 1- He once got into a fist fight with a goose and won after battling it for 5 hours.

Why did it take 5hrs to win a fist fight with a fistless bird?
Clealry you don’t know that geese are one of the most dangours animals on the planet. Don’t you know they evoled from dinos and it shows. They are the only animal to take down air planes by flying into the engines.
It was during the america invasion of canada. The canadians would use trained attack geese. Flocks of them would bare down on the americas and peck them down to bone. One goose is able to strip the flesh off a full grown man in under a minute. Bushman meet his first goose in the mountines of qubece. Middle of winter and most of the men in his platoon had frozen or straved to death.
Bushman only survived due to his years of training. When he was going to get a drink of water from the lake one flew down from a tree. It was waiting in ambuse but bushman manged to kill it but holding it under the water till it drown. The thing broke 4 bones and even nearly pecked out one of his eyes.
(He was also on a lot of drugs at the time so it reality it might have just been him punching an oak tree till it fell over.)

Where did he enlist, where did he train.
Well his combat expirence pre dates the marines. He grew up in east kentcuky that was under go’ing a massive worker rights war. Battle of blair mountine style stuff. He was not directly involed but his mother did make sure he knew how to shoot a rifle. Most of his knowlage of war came from the tweaker war vet that lived behind a bombed out dennys.
He was send to prison after commiting arson aginst a WY owned bank. From their he was drafted into the mitlary. Being trained at first in the army penal forces. Most of his expirence was in the african war where he helped fight UPP backed insurgents. Here he got to become fully enlisted after his prison charges where dropped due to completeing his term in the penal battalion. Instead of chooseing to stay in the army he decided to join the marines instead.
He would then serve as an SL in south east asian wars. Fighting more UPP insurgents in cambodia and vietnam. Here is where he was trained for real and learned how to fight by the books. This is also how he learned how to skin a man alive without killing him. Includeing a few other things.
Then got premoted to SO and well thats it.
I would say you need to work on your grammar. You have a lot of good ideas and RP potential.
Bushman got the game vision and knows when to pull back (an issue with alot of XO and even COs that ends with marines wiping caves or somewhere else)
As another non native english talker, it would take time and training to get a good grammar with near perfect writing (even some natives struggle with writing perfectly specially in the heat of the moment with little time to think and write)
I truly believe Bushman can reach the CO level one day if he just train his grammar and master his strategies.

Use the flamethrower a lot. Thats it. Like the pyro is the most powerfull spec for a reason.
Plus haveing fire is useful for avoiding capping by runing into it.
