Alison - Dumb or deploys first drop as Joe Dafoe.

TL;DR
First drop deploying CO that only play when at least 3 people in CIC are dumb and should be de-whitelisted.

My tier list is fact and you can try and counter argue but you know I’m right.

More sloptis and neumann CO round plx. Ljungmann ops S tier.
Whitelist Bob Cross or riot.
