Corporate Liason's Escape Pod should **NOT** be reliant on Command Evacuation

The Corporate Liason’s private escape pod should not require command to initiate evac, only that the Dropship be hijacked.

Doesn’t make sense to have a private escape pod ready and fueled that can’t be launched because command didn’t hit evac.

Wait, did they remove the CLs escape pod being able to launch at litterary ANY time? You could litterary open it and launch at 00:05 before.

It isn’t. You can launch it just fine.

I play CL and CB quite often.

We just had a round where we were trapped in the pod, and admins couldn’t do anything (other than turning on EVAC I assume) to send it. The door was locked, and the panel wouldn’t let anyone launch it.

It needs fixing.

Everyone fighting over who gets to use the CL’s escape pods is the most soulful thing I can think of. Practically straight out of a movie.

As CL once had to marines fight to the death over who got to take my pod.

it can launch without evac and you need WY access to use it
after looking at the code more unless the UI was broken there is nothing that should prevent you from launching (assuming you have WY access)
there is a check for the pod being set to delayed which might break it?
