I’ve been avoiding playing spec because I’m worried I don’t have enough experience and am not robust enough. Does this look like enough playtime to finally give it a go?

You could really do with some more nurse hours, it’s pretty vital to the role.

You need more USCM observer hours to unlock pretty much any spec roles. I suggest you grind another 200 hours for it

Only six and a half CL hours? Yeah buddy, don’t even consider rolling spec till those are at least up to 300 hours. The only good specialist is one that knows the value of good corporate management.

You need to Platinum the Rifleman role. Since playing rifleman means you’ll be constantly exploring your options, and eventually, find your suite, and will want to specialist in the picked suite.
Lets say you love HEDPs. Go grenadier if you roll specialist.
Lets say you love one-shot-one-kill pot-shots, go SADAR.
You love backlining? Scout, though probably you’d need a bait-marine.
How about the flamer? Go pyro, semi-flame immune.
Love chilling in the back with long range IFF shots? Sniper. You’ll probably love this before Multi-Z 8x telescope.
Rifleman for the win.

Ignore other comments. Feel free to play any spec you like. I would recommend Pyro and Grenader as your first pick since these roles are easy to play and you surely won’t kill the whole push and grief marines

Your robustness is directly tied to your Maint Tech hours and your kinda lacking get plat MT or CE and then we’ll talk little guy.

All jokes aside, Specialist is fun.
Want to be the Main Character? SADAR.
Want to Feel like the Main Character? Grenadier.
Want to be the Big Bad Evil Guy? SHARP.
Want to be as annoying as possible to Xenos, + Make several good plays? Regular Sniper.
Want to deny a Queen or T3 of your choosing any sort of fun? AMR Sniper.
Want to spin the wheel and potentially fuck up or be awesome? Scout.
