Duckyworth is both an awesome player in-game and out of game from my time. Very knowledgeable about commanding and definitely one of my favorites regardless what role I am playing.

In all seriousness, I’m honestly completely blown away with the amount of support from the community on this application. I’m super pleased that I’ve been able to positively impact so many people’s rounds in the past and that they’ve found some enjoyment from it. Thank you for all of the kind and supportive words, I really do appreciate it! 
You’ve got – let’s face it – overwhelming community support, and many attribute you to being competent in leadership, roleplay, and OOC action. Well done!
A few remarks: Councilors have expressed concern about you ignoring certain personnel throughout an operation, particularly not paying attention to an officer while they were doing what might be perceived as unacceptable conduct. Whether this was because you were laser-focused on something or because you otherwise didn’t find it worthwhile to pay attention to, it’s important to be able to step in when something is off and police your own, especially your officers, or at the very least acknowledge them. I’m not saying “We should be inclusive of everyone!”, I’m moreso saying that you should look into giving more screentime to people who do casual chats or smalltalk with you. It’s the little things.
