called someone the R word because he throw me a grenade and got sticky after i tried to login back the game with a friend account

Honestly, there’s not much I can say. I didn’t play for very long, just one or two games, I think. I’m appealing because I wanted to play again and I was banned for an insult that I didn’t know was so serious. I wasn’t banned for trolling or making things difficult for others. I just logged in again with another account because I wanted to practice the game, since there are a lot of controls and other complex things to check. and that’s when I got sticky banned. I don’t remember what my main account (i think is the identifier?)or my email address.
