Hello, I play Nash Calloway. Any negative interaction I have with players is usually in-character, as was this interaction. Nothing said by a character of mine is based in the reality of my character in real life. If I caused you mental taxation for my roleplay, I am sorry, it was not my intention; however, since this is a report against me, I will be taking the liberty to defend myself.
First of all, in regards to roleplay standards, I stated in the lines of text above this one, everything I say and do when playing a character is based in roleplay. I don’t kill someone in a roleplay scenario because I like killing people out of character, I do it because it’s roleplay, I’m forming a story that is purely fictional; furthermore me slinging harsh words and statements at you should be treated just the same. My character, Nash Calloway, is an erstwhile EVAC-3 fighter pilot with an immense ego that got grounded for a military-related crime I haven’t worked out yet (Nash is a relatively new character and I’m still ironing him out, bear with me). Nash does not enjoy being with the Falcons, much less being locked to flying a dropship. Nash’s treatment of your character, a perceived Falcon, is in-line with his character at large and is, in fact, the definition of roleplay. Again, I don’t hold anything against you, it’s just Nash’s attitude.
Continuing with the roleplay standard you rival me on, the later screenshots depict Nash’s conversations with the XO of the round, which Nash was at odds with. I remember specifically roleplaying Nash the way I did as a way to tick off the Captain, in the hopes of maybe getting transferred to a different post. I remember it very vividly. “I’m already at the bottom, it can’t get much worse.”
In conclusion to your claim of Rule 2’s breaking, Nash Calloway is a convict pilot with a ginormous ego, taking inspirations from fictional pilots such as Count from Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown and of course Maverick from Top Gun (He’s cool, sue me). I believe my roleplay with your character to be apt given the way I designed the character I was playing that round.
On to the claim of my breaking of Rule 3, I really can’t say much, apart from the fact that you (purposefully nor non-purposefully) failed to include the parts where you continued to interact with me in your evidence section, specifically between the first and second screenshots, where you continued to poke Nash by saying he was “insecure about communication” and the like. Most of the round was me not talking to you, so it wasn’t like I attempted to bait you into arguing with me again. Every time I spoke to you it was in direct response to something you had said.
Going onto the communication thing, I remember specifically you confusing every thing I said to you. Your character had insulted Nash on his communication skills after Nash had simply asked “So what are you doing with the fulton?” I did not send this message to you to ask what the fulton did, but if you were going to take it or not. You asked “Do you want me to take the fulton?” I said “Do whatever you want, man.” You replied with something besides the conversation, I can’t remember, and eventually I wound us back on-topic by asking you “So what are you doing with the fulton?” as to ask you if you were taking it or not, you confused what I said and proceeded to turn it into a back-and-forth. In all, you took a confusion, that was bad on your part, and spun it into an argument. I don’t have screenshots of this stuff because it didn’t mean anything to me at the time, but I’m fairly certain everything I’ve said can be backed up by the chat logs of the round. If something’s a miss, leave it to confusion because again, I did not care for this interaction greatly.
That’s pretty much all I have to say, if I think of something further I’ll try to correct myself, thank you.
