Interesting ban reason

No, it needs to be insanity. If it would just be Negligence Of Duty, people even after the sentence would not learn that, you can draw whatever you like, but you you will be punished for it.

They will not learn if the punishment is just NOD, it has to be a perma brig, I am just changing the punishment from banning you, to, you will always be perma brigged anytime anyone does this.

I am making a compromise that I believe would give the best of both worlds, i.e. Admins/Mods want to regulate the map drawing to a minimum/none and the players want to have fun and not be banned.

Can you please post your source?
I don’t think a commander sending internet memes to his troops from the CIC while in active combat is the same thing as the two 18yo servicemembers that just enlisted having fun with a couple million dollars of stored/unused equipment.

Bro the captain of the aircraft carrier blowing up houthi pirates posts pictures of his pets.

People removed from the conflict won’t feel the same level of urgency as the people who’s lives are actively under threat.

So true but that doesn’t mean that because you’re removed from the conflict, you gotta send internet memes to your troops. I play with a lot of CIC players that do their job as expected.

I also don’t know about that aircraft carrier captain incident so once again post your source
The US Navy has a CDO/TAO/OOD system, meaning that even if the Captain’s onboard, on the bridge or in CIC, he’s not in charge of everything unless he asks to be contrary to CM where as soon as you’re awake as CO or XO, people are gonna ask you orders because you inherit commander status.

The CO is present on the bridge when in FLICON I, him ‘sending pictures of his pets’ during active flight operations is simply not happening.

Soyjacks are too obvious, the true way is to draw dicks on the tacmap, but also have it be disguised as legitimate squad orders so no one can say it was on purpose. Bravo on FOB (circle), everyone else attack X (big arrow), boom.

not a ban, but a note

That is a hate crime against being fit.
