Noting that I did in fact A-help this, but I was told there were no admins or mods on to handle the a-help in a timely manner before end of round.
In round 32406 I was XO, and for nuclear protocol opted to keep the two SOs (Landon and Farid) and the ASO-aCO in CIC while the CO, Myself and greenos deployed for nuke.
I was aware they were somewhat new to the role but I don’t think their experience in CiC or as a SO is incredibly relevant to this.
During this, however, the SO Farid runs onto the Alamo while it’s about to take off, says he’s going to scavenge groundside for gear and was ‘going commando’. He runs off, absent of all his gear to the caves while we’re holding FOB and gets capped from what I can tell immediately after first contact with the enemy hive. Below has an image of him being capped, still naked.
He Deployed during Nuclear Protocol, (but without authorization and specifically being asked NOT to deploy), and showed a lack of Sanity in the decision to deploy against orders, naked, without a weapon, and charge into the hive.

Hello, I’m Landon Hughes, the other SO mentioned. I’d like to give additional information from a different perspective without any sort of judgement or opinion in hopes to assist whoever it may concern.
To set up the scenario:
Before this event, myself, Farid Zain, and the ASO (I forgot his name) were manning the CIC in leiu of the CO and XO. If an admin would check the evidence (chat logs or such), one would find that Zain would suddenly say, “I’m leaving”. Under assumption, one could say he was going to cryo. He started stripping his gear off, which was odd, but I assumed he wanted to leave something behind (like a motion detector for example).
The ASO told him to - and I roughly quote, “You’re an officer, dress like one”, and told him to re-dress. Zain responded, “I’m going commando”. I’m unsure if he dressed again or not. Again, under the impression he was cryoing, I ignored this and watched Zain leave CIC.
About 3-5 minutes later, I’m getting numerous radio quips about a naked SO armed with a mod88 on the Alamo Dropship who is currently deploying.
These are all the ‘facts’ I can provide in support of this report.

Just here to confirm pretty much everything that was said. Once I took over as Duty Officer in the CIC, the CO and XO started making their way to Alamo to bring the nuke down, and i spot the SO removing all of their clothes in the middle of the CIC. When I see that I order him to put his clothes back on, he responded that he is leaving and going commando. I reiterated my order, as Landon said. I noticed the SO grab something from the pile of his gear, which I assumed to be his clothes in the moment. Too busy monitoring the tacmap and typing in a retreat announcement, i was satisfied by that, and assumed said SO was going cryo, so no biggie if he leaves the rest of his equipment (even if i wasn’t happy about it).
Later came in the report from XO that the SO is sitting naked in the Alamo, but unaware that the SOs were ordered to remain onboard i roll my eyes and let it slide for now, thinking that we would deal with it later when they come back onboard / if they get ordered by the XO back onboard.
My rational is that the conduct of the reported player, Farid Zain, is clearly in violation of the roleplay standards of the server, their conduct as a Staff Officer before the incident was unbecoming of the role, however their actions to deploy to the frontline, behind enemy lines, naked, and allowing themselves to be captured is a gross roleplay violation.
It is also a waste of time, as I noted that the player’s body was rescued by Marine forces, and a the effort was made to case-vac their body and surgically remove their implanted larva and broken bones.
A warning has been issued to the accused player’s account. Further rule 2 violations will be escalated to a three day ban, the reason for this is because the player was issued a 1-day ban 24 hours after this incident for a separate rule 2 violation.
