Behavior involving Misconduct

Description of the incident:

I was observing after my death earlier in the round when I heard ghosts talking about a second sniper that was spawned from the ASRS pit by admins to join the nuke.
The sniper in question was outfitted with the prone cloak, as well as a longer-range, IFF enabled XM88. They fumbled around for most of their time, barely answering any questions as to why they are here or why they exist with answers along the lines of “I got no clue” and “Here to help I suppose”. After a while of fumbling around aimlessly, they proceeded to join the frontline push towards the xeno line and used their kit to kill the Queen easily.

I then ahelped, wondering why admins spawned this character seemingly as an event just to act like a regular marine but with admin-only gear for an advantage. The response I got from forest will be showed in the screenshot as well, but I’ll also write it out here for clarity.

“No one was spawned to kill the Queen, Y’all really have to stop conspiracy posting.”
“Did they need to be there? No. Did it many any difference whatsoever on the round outcome? No.”

Killing the Queen with admin-only gear for seemingly no reason other than “Because I want to” is not what I would call “No difference on the round outcome.”
It made a pretty clear impact and turned a long-winded battle into a clear victory.

The most confusing part is that that it can’t even be classified as an event. The sniper in question barely spoke, and would always just go with “Yea I dunno” answers to avoid actual conversation. To me, this is a pretty clear abuse of power.

Range wasn’t altered compared to normal XM88. It is an identical weapon to the default, excluding IFF.

Queen was shot 2-3 times with it, and I don’t think they were credited the kill either. Queen was surrounded and dead to rights regardless.

Nuke was also 90 seconds from detonating.

The presence of the Marksman, whilst not strictly necessary, made absolutely ZERO impact on the round outcome.

You don’t like it, I get it. But I’m getting quite sick of the same few people raising hell over absolutely anything I do in game, whether it’s to benefit of Xenos, Marines or neither side. It’s a goddamn game. Play it and enjoy it, don’t just play it to win and bitch.

Rhetoric aside, because I think both sides are feeling there’s malice when there isn’t any.
I’ve looked through the round, and it looks to me that this was simply a spawn with the Nuke.

Yes, the player ended up being involved in combat, but holding forest2001 to the same standard we would hold anyone running an event/spawning something would have me ruling this as no action needed.
