I think it would be good if youngblood was also a time locked roundstart role, i would lock it to 20 marine hours and 15 xeno hours and 30 minutes as youngblood from the ERT.

I dont have the whitelist but I think the intent is that you need someone supervising you and making sure youre not goofing around as a Yautja.
I wanted to see what they looked like too and made a private server to get a feel for the equipment and to know the ship. I encourage you to do the same

yautja amnesiac role (you dont have to know anything about pred culture or honor code, but also arent sanctioned by any tribes so you have to macguver all your gear and hunt prey with sharp sticks)

This isn’t possible because of the nature of the role, you need whitelisted players to supervise and make sure the experience goes well. Also, you would be able to do literally nothing because you cant use the groundside teleporters or support hunting ground ERTs.

On your byond Install there is this exe, dreamdaemon:
With it you can open any server. You can go on the CM13 github and get a zip file. I Forgot the rest but you can scroll down on that link to get to tutorials on how to set one up:

I want to meme but not in acid goop, so I will just say: unless you are locked to the ship and only hunting giant lizards (at which point it is practically just a pred tutorial), the idea is too far out to do anything.

I ran the command, how do i get into the server?

Dreamdaemon will open a little screen that you can select your colonialmarines.dmb .
After you select it you click “GO” to start your server and it will become a STOP to close the server.
That little yellow detour sign will now make you log in your own server from your own PC.
You have Full admin powers here of course, so you can just do whatever. Including spawing as Yautja!

I never tried but when you open a server you get a byond http link next to the yellow button. I would try that.

Something like that, but not quite. Think of Scar from that Concrete Jungle. Outcast left on the planet, who just wandered into the colony infested with xenos for RP reasons.
If you strip pred of all gear, then the nature of the role changes and wouldn’t require more supervision than hostile surv does.
That would be cool as hell. A pred/survivor hybrid, more of a hostile type variant.
You get to do pretty much whatever to anyone. The only restrictions it would need are to mechanicaly prevent them from using human made firearms (and maybe some armor/clothes/gear), which requires zero admin/whitelist/councillor supervision. On top of that something akin to hostile surv “hostile status” where they lose it in certain conditions. This pred shouldn’t help marines, or xenos and they both have incentive to harm it than to work with it. For xenos it is an easier predalien, for marines it is an easier pred blood/thwei.
Think of the RP possibilities, you can play as an honorable outcast trying to still obey Yautja Honor Code so that maybe some day other preds come back to check on you and let you back, or maybe you will RP a Bad Blood with personal grudge against other preds so you specifically hunt them.
Yeah, it is offtopic, but:
Just imagine it. No pred gear roundstart, starts with nothing but a makeshit knife and loincloth for uniform slot which can store said knife.
You scavenge stuff from the colony, kill a xeno, or survivor to butcher them for materials to make a makeshift armor and weapons.
Maybe give them ability to become invisible for very short periods of time just so that they don’t die immediately when xenos find them out.
Cool as fuck.

Pertaining to antag roles, CLF survivor has two dozen rules for it exclusively so it doesn’t result in straight griefing, and I wouldn’t trust a good portion of the playerbase to play a barebones groundside yautja experience well in any regards. Most of the playerbase can’t even roleplay competently when the encounter a Yautja and I wouldn’t expect them to be able to play as one with that being the case. We have something very similar coming soon in blooded thralls, which can go groundside alone after proving they are competent under the supervision of a whitelisted player. If you want the antag gameplay and predator roleplay, just apply for the whitelist.
