Why do you want to become a Mentor?:
I generally want to teach new privates so that they know what they are doing instead of randomly walking around and doing nothing, just taking up new slots, I made a mistake as a doctor, I accidentally made unga wrong but now I know how to make it, so I want to prevent that incident from happening with newer doctors.
What gameplay areas do you know and which areas are you strong and weak in?:
I am really good with medical, surgery, and chemistry, I main CE sometimes so I know engineering, but I am weak in Ordnance building and CAS, yet I do now how to call CAS.
How often are to able to play CM?:
4-5, maybe six hours a day.

And there is more but I can’t get it all, like warden, OT, CT, SG, Specialist, IO, CMO, survivor, and Combat Correspondant.
Xeno and playtime hours look pretty good, and I’ve never seen any outstanding issues from when you play Outlaw. The CL, squad leader, chief engineer, researcher, doctor, chief MP and other hours speaks of a wide volume of experience and a likely pretty good knowledge of Marine Law, which is one of the most essential aspects of playing SEA. We definitely need more people with xeno knowledge as well as researcher knowledge, as the latter has gotten a larger volume of mhelps recently.

As someone who regularly meets Randy Pratt in-game, I can definitely say that he has some skills, whether it be doing duties, navigating around the ship, or being a generally great person to hang out with. I personally think Randy has sufficient experience to be able to teach newer players in an enjoyable environment.

I have only seen you around a bit, most of what I have heard is not great. Like the ban appeal you just had denied, what I have heard you LRP and have griefed before. I asked around some more and I was only simply told going back the last 5 to 6 months or so you have a ton of shit. From acting as a corrupt CMP in exchange for meth from medbay, to getting others drunk by forcing them to drink, to breaking escalation a few times, and being job banned from SL from a incident a few months back, same incident that I was there for and saw you mess around as SL and griefing. In my eyes you need to wake up and cut this out man, as a mentor you cant act like this in-front of player, new player especially. Here are few things I would like to see you do before I can even consider giving you a +1. Appeal all your job bans you got, get a good name in the community, and stop getting noted, stop with the dumb LRP shit man. Its not helping your case.
