YCH aka Your Character Here
It’s both a website and concept in which artists offer commissions where the sketch of a pose is already done and shown, and people participate in auctions to buy a slot to have their characters take that pose in a finished commission. Some artists also use it to offer general commissions, though, without that concept.
It’s home to a lot of cheap artists (who criminally undersell their talents) which is why I pay 40 USD for quality art that SHOULD cost like 200 in all honesty.

They have various categories. The mascot of the site is furry but they have a whole category just for human(oid) art, which I use.
