I’m gonna just say it like it is.
Was it wrong to have shoved you in a locker after you had just woken up? Yes absolutely. Should I have done it? No probably not. But considering the situation there was absolutely no reason to have reacted the way you did. I’m going to just apologize because it ended poorly but, the way you handled such a common roundly occurrence it was not fair and just generally LRP and not very good conduct on your part.
I just wanted to mess with you for a little bit, not ruin your round and devolve it into a disaster like this. You were done being locker’d after about a minute or two and could have completely gone about your duties normally, unhindered and could have order our correctly charged arrest warrants instead of going off the deep end for the next 45 minutes. This was a completely IC issue that you took into your own hands and made worse for yourself. It was irrational behavior. Again I’m not saying what I did was right, I’m stating that you completely gave up and let your emotion control your behavior.
- I did not weld you in a locker, in fact I was the one who unwelded you from the locker. Again I did not want to ruin your round I wanted to mess with you then leave. Its no different than if someone else had shoved you in the middle of the round.
- Murphy was the one who had attempted to strip and weld you in the locker, but both me and Amber did not allow that to happen, when it started going terribly wrong I backed off- Didn’t want to ruin rounds just mess with people.
- You stated in LOOC you were going to make a player report about this which isn’t cool.
- You made an announcement that was extremely LRP from the situation;
- You permanently brigged an MT for the complete wrong charge, and they sat in brig for a significant amount of time with no timer or charges (by the way you threw them into their cell wall when you put them in their cell hurting them, which is excessive force)
- You had made another announcement that was LRP- plus that charge was outrageously incorrect
- You had kept going on about how we were griefers ICly and OOCly, with command announcements too. (I don’t have screenshots with me of those comments but if/when logs are posted they should be in the pull)
- A marine ‘Gramps’ was also arrested about this time when you arrested Amber and you also threw them in the cell with amber but you in your fit of rage or whatever left them in their full marine equipment and it resulted in you getting killed by them. ( I think they were handled by staff could be wrong )
- At this point you had completely given up all server rules and MP rules and were dead set on ruining the rest of our rounds for the most minor of shenanigan’s. Again- I’m not going to say that what we did was appropriate, it was just extremely wrong the way you handled it and blaming it on ‘I was sad’ or anything like that is just plain irresponsible.
If someone stabbed another person because they called them ugly would that be appropriate reaction? Like 0-60 turn around behavior giving up all common sense is just not reasonable
If I were the staff handling the situation I would leave this at most at a warning or verbal warning for you and the MT’s behavior. A major tell-off instead of actually sanctioning this because its just stupid. Again the locker thing was such a minor inconvenience and reacting the way you did was just uncalled for, even the most stressed CMPs don’t go complete berserk like that.
