CCAF (Canadian Colonial Armed Forces) Nightmare Insert on Kutjevo.

According to the Kutjevo Page on the wiki, Kutjevo was at one point owned by the Canadian Space Affairs Ministry and is considered “a prime candidate for entry into the United American sphere of influence as a recognized terrestrial body.” This suggests that Kutjevo is a pretty major colony, and therefore I think it would be perfect to have a CCAF Insert there, mainly because it adds more representation of other UA military and is the first Non-USA Based UA military organisation, Now of course …
