If the xenoes who could pounce, could use a similar ability to drag people up would be so fucking kino. Give it like a 3 second timer (could vary between the castes) or so with a unique tailsprite or something for that abduction gameplay. Might be able to get tailstabs to hook onto people on lower z levels if you really want.

And as for counterplay, shake the marine, or shoot the xeno who is litterary the tile next to them (albeit higher z level). And its not like they just perma stun them after the abduction immedietly.
