Description of the incident:
(LV-624) LZ1 fell, Queen called down the Alamo to begin Hijack. Preds are spotted outside, I go and engage one of the preds. However they quickly cloak and disengage. At this point Ah’kui runs into the LZ1/East Nexus uncloaked so I attack them. This prompts a Warrior and Drone to engage. We fight into Nexus.
The fight continues outside west nexus. At this point its just me attacking Ah’kui. The fight goes on, another pred walks in so they also get slashed. As the fight continues south of Fitness, a Ravager and another Xeno (Don’t remember the caste) walk in but don’t engage (From what I saw). I get crit and the Ravager stands on my body to let me recover. I get back up and start moving through nexus to return to the dropship. Ah’kui gives chase behind me and there is no other xeno around.
Ah’kui pulls out the plasma pistol and shoots me with it while chasing. This crits me and then they finish me off with their weapon. I (To my knowledge) was not dishonourable nor part of any Hive Offensives. So I am confused on the plasma pistol usage. I would understand being stunned by a LPC for running but I am unsure of why I was shot with a plasma pistol.

A target or group of targets who attack you without due cause.
I can understand this. However, it was after marines have evac’d and you ran into the LZ/East Nexus uncloaked. I wouldn’t say that is attacking you without due cause. Preds loitering around the LZ uncloaked would provoke a reaction from Xenos majority of the time.
During the initial nexus fight, it was only me, a warrior and a drone. 3 at max. Like I said above, they disengaged and it was practically only me fighting you at west nexus/south of fitness. It was a good fight. You crit me and around that time a ravager and the other xeno walked in which blocked my body. I fully expected to have been killed in crit. But I was able to get back up and disengage. However, to my knowledge, yet again. There was no more than 3 xenos at any time engaging you. I don’t even think the ravager or the other xeno engaged you.
So in my perspective, we had reason to attack you. You are a threat to the hive and a potential host. I didn’t go out looking for you. All of you came to the LZ by yourselves uncloaked.
Additionally. If I was Temporarily dishonorable, I would expect to be treated like it from the start, not after 5+ minutes of solid fighting. But that’s my personal grievance.
Yautja are threats to everyone, although it’s pretty obvious that when it says “due cause” it doesn’t mean that. I’m not sure how to explain it to you.
They tried, but missed all of their abilities.
I do see your point(s), however, I do disagree with it. I don’t see how LPCing you and waiting you to get out of stun only to immediately hit you and oneshot you would’ve been any different. I believe that what I did was perfectly acceptable, unless some huge precedent was set while I was gone for a month, which I severely doubt. I wasn’t going to chase you for the entire map and waste both mine and your time.
This is all I have to say in regards to the report, the rest of course will be left to the council and whatnot.
