Literally report it, there is no conspiracy or cover up or whatever. The reason people say that is because they believe exactly what a report says and never consider the rest of the evidence/other side of the story then are shocked when a report is denied as if the only explanation is that the council doesn’t punish

You say that like dchat’s wrong - but have you at least read Friedrich Wilhelm Chance’s “The Will to Buckshot” and “Beyond Shotgun and Acid”? Cash SOpenhauer’s “The Hive as Will and Representation” and “The Two Fundamental Problems of Oviposition” are also worthwhile. You shouldn’t dismiss these great authors just based on the quality of their surroundings.
