The most interesting part is submachine gun arm brace, because when active your gun will stay in your hand no matter what. If bugs stun you it doesn’t go to your suit storage, as when using magnetic harness, it just stays in your hand.
I also use extended mags with magazine pouch. I take 2 mags from Charlie vendor and steal 2 more from Delta.
4 mags in total. 70 rounds each.
The gun will always stay strapped to one of your hands, which is a drawback because sometimes you’d want to give pills and use trauma kits while defibbing, but at least you’re always ready…
Mk2 UBS, Bayo, Stock, MH. Got room for 5 Mags (One in the gun and 4 extra) A mix of extended or AP. Or 4 mags and 1 handful of shotgun shells (UBS helps get you into places to recover people or out of bad situations)
Alternate if possible, Mk1, UBS, MH, Bayo. More ammo per mag, don’t take it unless you can get an AP Mag (NEVER LOSE IT)
Unironically this, if you wanna rack up kills then join as FTL, get the NVs and be the failure that everyone expects FTLs to be. The HF2 scanner is the greatest corpsman weapon.
I prefer to use an M41A MK2 with a magnetic harness, U7, and bayonet.
The U7 can be amazing giving you the capability to still have a stun for backliners trying to attack you, breaking down doors swiftly to save marines, and then having the capability to engage xenos at long range as well is huge.
