Here’s my medic loadout:
Weapon: M2041 Incinerator
Left pouch: Flamer tank pouch
Right pouch: explosives pouch (filled with incendiary grenades)
Belt: incinerator tank
Back: backpack filled with incinerator tanks
Uniform: webbing filled with incinerator tanks
Armor: Pyrotechnician armor (looted from the pyro spec who bumrushed the Queen with red flames 
) with two incinerator tanks
Helmet: incinerator tank
Ear: incinerator tank
Mask: incinerator tank (true chads bite into the tank for the sweet taste of napalm)
Left hand: glued to an incinerator tank
