All comtechs get placed into bravo.
All corpsmen get placed into delta.
All riflemen get placed into alpha.
All specialists get placed into charlie.
This will mean that different squads get to have different roles and specializations.

All FTLs are in Echo, all Squad Leads are in Foxtrot. If you want leadership, you gotta choose within your ranks.
