How do some people achieve completely seamless, smooth gameplay as I’ve seen in some videos? I’m playing on my old computer – 62GBs of usable RAM. Dedicated graphics card. Yadda yadda. And it’s still stuttery. Ping is alright, but, it just feels… choppy. I’ve set my FPS to 63 already but, barely any differences. Any tips would be appreciated!

the lower your ping the smoother it is

if your FPS is set (prefs tab in the top right → set FPS) and it’s still choppy its probably your connection, nothing really to be done about that.
try other FPS options, I find 40 is good for me personally, but it varies.

Maybe. My ping is very consistently at 60-80, which I think is pretty good. I’ll try fiddling with FPS options though, thanks.

FPS options are massive, setting it to 40-60 is literally the difference between missing everything and hitting most PBs.
