Space Marine 2011 has tighter gameplay.
This one is alright… feels like someone HAD to make it play like Dark Souls…
It’s alright. Haven’t gotten too far yet.
If you play the side missions, the power sword and plasma pistol with the storm shield is SUPER cool.
The heavy class with the plasma cannon & plasma pistol cleans house if you know how to keep your distance.
Also, the sniper class can get an SMG-I didn’t try it out yet but invisible SMG? Sounds fun to me.
Assault gets thunder hammer but NOT plasma pistol?

Gameplay feels more like halo if master chief didn’t lay off the twinkies. Pretty decent.
I only play the loyalists so, black Templars rise up.
Alpha Legion is a loyalist legion btw.

Imperial Fist for Life.
Rogal Dorn and the Imperial Fists defended holy Terra when the traitor Horus attacked. They are seconded only to the Custodies.
Imperial Guard are cool as well. However, I favor Battletech over 40K. Last good Battletech game was in 2018.
