I was the DP Mei Shirogane that round. I even tried to call CIC and call them idiots on the phone but the line was non existent lmao.
Also, I didn’t really revive that round because I forgot my defib, lol. Thank you to the medic who gave me theirs.

I didn’t see the announcements until well after the round ended. Before round end, I was sympathetic cause I thought they finally broke under the stress of an accidental OB and killed their character. Now, though…

Seeing as you never got an actual response, basically, the XO at the time, Marcela de Silva, seemed to just have a breakdown during the FOB siege, for some unknown reason. Thus, they decided to send an announcement calling the server management staff “pedophiles”, as well as another one containing a link to a very haram image. As the second announcement is sent, an cluster OB is launched and detontates in the FOB, killing a ton of marines instantly, of which about a quarter were gibbed, and annihilating our defenses. There were efforts to retrieve wounded and get them onto the Alamo (an effort I assisted with as the DP), but not all casualties could be loaded before we needed to launch to avoid the incoming xenos. Then the Alamo landed at the wrong LZ, before we could finally go back shipside. I don’t actually know who was responsible for the Alamo landing at the wrong LZ, as I was not in the cockpit of the Alamo nor in visible range of it at the time of the evacuation launch.
