I was messing around with flavors for condiments then I realized you can grind cheese and put it into condiment bottles.
you can literally take a primordial cheese wheel and make it even more cheesy by maxing its Condiment Amount out.
I feel this needed to be discussed and surprised I didn’t think of it sooner.
now I can make Mushroom soup with cheese basically making a mushroom bisque.
making cheese sauces or even just using cheese to edit dishes flavoring to help mask other nefarious means if a marine walks on my clean tables.
but all jokes aside dont use condiments to mask things it just dilutes and it will get you into trouble probably.

Couple of days ago I found out that you can put ammo boxes on your back by observing some marines as a fax responder.

Why only do one box when you can have a ammo rack and carry 3? or a box of ammo, flares and MREs? Or any number of things (You can also put most guns on your back, also deployable cades can fit on your back.)

Took me fucking forever to figure out how to reverse-burst, but it’s just anything accessible by a hotkey and spamming W. Not sprite clicking the bug, not any other direction- just W. Fuck.

my most recently learned hidden/cursed tech? Probably: you can use a hotkey to pick up your weapon off the ground when you drop it, instead of sprite clicking.
If choosing to share one though: Marine’s helmet can not only fit 2 flasks/other random items, but also 2 ‘cosmetic’ items. Notably useful items are cig packs (cigs hold chems) and hotdogs/burritos.

Helms hold a number of things, it’s where i keep my D+ injectors as medic, or my Tram pill packets when im playing other combat roles. Some tools go in there, walkman is considered a cosmetic, and used to go into your helmet before allowing it into the second ear slot. you can put tapes in there, but also you can put tape packs that you buy from the rec vend. Which means you can have 4 music tapes on you. one in your walkman and 3 in the pack in your helmet.

Cig reagents don’t actually transfer to you when smoking. Don’t remember why but I’d put money on it being a byproduct of atmos being removed if I needed to guess.

Not really learned today, but recently.
Fax responders hear everything what is happenning with their relevant counterpart on the Almayer.
For example: CL acts as a walking listening device for W-Y Communicatnios Executive, and XO as one too, but for High Command fax responder. This wiretapping listening logs as already stated, only show for the fax responder, not even ghosts can see it.
So yeah, if you are a CL and someone is trolling you by talking about WeY-Yu Military Trading Cards, chances are the next fax message you receive will have the responder telling you about the guy from other division being nominated for worker of the month cause he collected all the three five-card sets.

no no furret, although I tried that: they transfer at an EXTREMELY low rate. Like randomly get .1U every 30 sec. What I mean is you store drugs in them like O- blood, then syringe them out and inject when you want to use it. Medic only tech.
