whats the current food meta?

I was wondering why a fantastic fucking thread popped up out of nowhere! Hell yeah. I was on that Protein Bar shit forever ago, the best way to speedrun is just to grab two and then hoof it to your vendors. Easy eat on the way.

boots, the food meta are boots in your load so you run faster

this is absolutely true but people gotta remember to hit their vendors for armor and uniform, just take off the armor immediately to run to the reqline. If you’re using B12 or heavier ideally equip Light off your vendor and pick up heavier later since you’ll have to take it off if you want the movespeed boost. All of this is because if you don’t have a very good answer at the reqline they’ll ask WHERE’S YOUR ARMOR SOLDIER?! and then go NEEEEXT!

I don’t mind taking my time in prep, esp if I’m playing medic, I still get everything I want. For as good as FN (Nutri Iron pills are) I just eat one when my character is hungry while healing people, sure it lowers my stock when people have low blood but I never carry MREs anymore (Though I still eat one now and then since the new MREs are soul)
