Rules for the match are no outside help and both contenders are placed in a wide open field. No weapons or xeno weeds. Both will fight until the other is either dead or physically unable to fight any more. I am going to be ignoring vs saxton hale game mode as that is not official.
Saxton hale.
So running with what we know from the comics and jungle inferno animation he is very powerful. Able to overpower and even lift bears with ease. Recorded with a casual punch force of 2000 psi. Although due to the size of his hand it ranges more around 33,012 PSI. However his most powerful recorded punch was in jungle inferno. This was when he punched the last living yeti so hard it exploded. I’m not going to calculate the newtons of that punch but I will average it out to close to the force from a block of C4.
I could not find a single case of him getting hurt in a single way. But we do know that when he does stuff like punch a yeti so hard it blows up the bones in his hands don’t shatter. In fact he did not even suffer from a bruise. This means that he is able to withstand kinetic shocks equal to or possibly greater than that generated by his own body. This durability extends to his entire body as evident by the time he ran through a concrete wall making an australia shaped hole. We do not know if xeno acid would damage him at all. It being an acid it might be able to ignore his innate durability.

The xeno king.
The thing towers over hale and weighs in at several tons. In combination with it’s claws it is able to cut apart metal with ease. However unlike hale the thing has size one it’s side. With it’s longer arms it could out range hale. Including it’s rend ability allowing it to put out serious damage at close and medium range.
The king is easily able in game to tank demo rockets and bullets. Its armor makes it invincible to most small arms fire and it can boost this with it’s bulwark ability. However it does struggle with sustained damage. It can tank a lot but eventually it will be worn down and die. Since their are no weeds any damage it takes will not be healed.
Its doom ability is able to daze enemies. Not sure if that would work on hale or not. If it did he could easily run away and wait for it to end.
It’s major weaknesses are that it’s slow. It’s leap is easy to dodge and hale could easily out pace but of course this is a melee battle. Now hale has no range attacks other than maybe throwing car sized rocks. But an often under looked weakness is that the king is a wild animal. It does not possess the higher level planning skill that hale would. Now hale is not exactly super smart but he is not stupid either. However this is a fight not a chess match so it will end only one way.
