My MPcord insider has informed me that the Black Market will be fully removed and all marines will be permanently implanted with a “loyalty” chip, that can be remotely used to stun them if they disobey- Starting next month.

No we’re keeping the black market we’re just changing it so that MPs now instantly arrest all of req as soon as they get the message that marshals are coming and can use lethal force for contraband which is now a capital crime. You really think us MPs would get rid of an excuse to arrest Req?
