The amount of baldies saluting Squad Leaders, Specialists, and random PFCs is getting out of control. Solution: If you salute anyone that’s not an officer, you instantly explode. No warning.

This is actually a better tutorial than anything we have now. Officers get saluted: CO, XO, SO. That’s it. Everyone else is enlisted. Saluting a sergeant should be considered a crime and punished accordingly (with explosion)
You also shouldn’t salute groundside since it’s a combat zone. Unless that officer happens to be a dick, then you should salute them a bunch and also point at them so xenos know who to cap
