Reason for Ban:

If memory serves, since I am not able to join the server to see my notes, there are two notes for the reason I am banned.
#1: Was playing as a squad rifleman. Claimed that a splash of green goop was “alien jizz”
#2: While playing as either a MT or a SO, used the word “rape” to refer to the searching of an IC friend by MP. Also referred to them as my boyfriend.
Additionally, after my 30 dan ban expired(which was meant to be permanent), I rejoined and played for several rounds before the permanent ban was applied.

I 100% admit full responsibility and acknowledge that my actions were potentially hurtful to others. I realize now that not everyone has the same experience with regards to my comments, and what I had intended as a light-joke I now realize could be incredibly traumatic for some.
With regards to my first-note, I was ill-informed of the rules and did not realize that my statement was both LRP, and crude. This statement directly violates the current rule regarding sexual content, and if memory serves, was a violation of the previous ruleset regarding NSFW comments(If there existed a previous version of the current CM13 Rules). Regardless, there is no trying to excuse to downplay this note. I was fresh to CM13, and did not understand what kind of roleplay would have been appropriate for the server.
With regards to the second note, I am deeply ashamed of my actions. A large part of the reason why I have waited over two years to appeal this ban is due to how embarrassing this behavior was. The person that made those comments is in no way a representation of the person who I am now. The issue at hand is a very sensitive topic, and trivializing it in that way is deeply offensive. Further, involving other players in those comments was deeply inconsiderate, considering how people have different shared experiences regarding the topic.
I would also like to touch on the third thing I have mentioned, whereby I played for several rounds after the initial 30 day ban expired. This was mostly a misunderstanding on my part regarding how permanent bans worked, I had assumed that since my ban expired no permanent action was being taken. I just wanted to address this for full transparency, and also add that Taketheshot56 is the one who applied the permanent ban after several rounds.
In the past two years, I have changed greatly. I have become a lot more emotionally stable, have grown as a person, and have entered several significant changes in my life. Without delving into too much detail, I have recently entered university, and at the time that I made those comments I was a much less emotionally mature individual. I believe that the two years for which I have been banned has given me more than enough time to reflect on my mistakes.
I want to return to the Colonial Marines community due to their extremely welcoming nature, as well as the joy I found in geeking out about one of my favorite franchises with others. I deeply enjoyed the roleplay aspects of the game, especially with regards to the military themed nature. Colonial marines was also one of the first games I played on SS13, and helped me get through some stressful times in school.
I would also like to state that while I can try and receive a vouch from Monkestation, my inconsistent play as well as my relatively limited hours (65hr) will make it difficult for me to receive anything.
Again for full transparency, I recently logged on under the CKEY TheFinester and played for around an hour as a rifleman, in order to check on the state of the game. In the event that this appeal is denied, I would understand multikeying being added to my ban reason.
