Are neomorphs first contact or not for RP/Rule reasons, like how preds are right now.

I barely know anything about them OOC, except they are big mushrooms. So why not make it incharacter as well?

Since they’re event-only, the general RP-attitude towards them should be and is up to whoever is running the event. Be that there is any, or that there isn’t…

General intent, at least for now, is that they’ve not been seen before. So First Contact.
