add ability to stick notes to walls

i kinda would like to stick notes of my custom mixes recipies as doctor on chemline, instead of just akwardly leaving the note on the floor.
or at the very least please add a cork board to medbay, req already has it, would be a pretty cool feature

What if… you could see the notes placed on the board… and if you moused over them, it made the text pop up like the rune chat we have

I like this more for the ability to leave an ominous note somewhere. Leaving a note on the floor in front of req informing them the toolbox next to it has a bomb inside (that’s for not giving me my attachies!) doesn’t hit right when they clearly don’t even notice it apart from the other trash on the floor…
