I’m unsure what the group is actually called, but I think being able to fax them would be neat.
Technically you can just fax CMB since they’re the “Galactic Police”.
That aside, looking at the fax reply menu from an admin perspective is a bit disorienting cause of all the super long names in the tiny square.
Though if you’re really adamant on adding it I guess you can take a look at my PR for pointers:

Why does everyone assume the CMB are the world police? is it because they’re americans? UPP have the People’s Armed Police for instance, PVE even has sprites for them and the TWE have the Neroid Sector Policing Authority which about three people (other then me) know about.
Anyways onto the main question, Interstellar Human Rights council seems to be a wing of the ICC, and the ICC is represented mainly by W-Y and CMB, CMB having ICC liaisons who advise them on issues like quarantine protocols and such, and W-Y being on the board overseeing the ICC, but not being in direct control (this is the reason they have to bribe CMB and ICC officials)

Not the International Cricket Council or International Criminal Court i mean the Interstellar Commerce Commission.
Also the UN and World Cup still exist in like 2202 so it’s not impossible.
