During the round, briefing was being held in the chapel. There was a marine standing up talking about some Christian stuff, and then asked if anyone else would like to say anything, to which I obliged and went up. I then said “Hail Satan” as the chapel is non-denominational and would accept all religions. After I spoke, I went and sat for briefing. Not much of interest happened until I returned shipside since I was hugged and got surgery, wherein I was then arrested for “Insubordination” The reason being is that supposedly I was told to “Not practice” or something along those lines. As far as I can recall, and from what I have seen in the chat logs, I was never told such, or given any order similar to that. Further, Marines are protected by the Bill Of Rights, to an extent, and they are allowed to practice any religion that they see fit. They cannot be prosecuted for such either.
SO Dimeling tells Amanda to cut it out, threatening to shoot her. She shoots first, claiming he shot first. Logs show that she shot first and the only attack logs generated on Dimling's part were from punching himself after being shot.

Hello all. I maintain that Rule 11: Malicious Compliance was not broken in this incident. Also on this note, a quote direct from the rules. “Malicious Compliance does not apply where IC provocation is present. (For example: following and taunting/threatening a player, engaging in mundane but disruptive actions and continuing when asked or told to stop, etc)”
A chaotic briefing (wheren an unrelated griefer managed to shoot multiple people) was worsened by this incident. The word was given by an officer to stop, not to mention he also ended up shot.
Command was within their rights to order your arrest. As such this player report is denied.
