allow crates to be strapped to roller beds like body/stasis bags

Roller Crate for IOs

Someone please have mercy on the Intelligence Officers. Let us strap crates onto roller beds, or give the IOs a unique crate that has wheels on it and can only be used on the Almayer/ Alamo if roller bed crates are too much of a balance concern. Please… do not make me drag an another wooden box across the ship, my disability rating is already through the roof.
