Description of the incident:

I was engaging in ongoing escalation with a non-friendly chief engineer ground-side when I was banned at the next round 40 seconds from starting.

My defense is that they were not friendly at the time of escalation; and I was not in bad-intent with this grief.
I’m aiming to have this lifted.

Evidence:

The note reads; EORG - Generating combat logs with, or otherwise griefing, friendly/allied players.

Forest2001 told me this is not up to debate and the rule states what the rule states.

hi there, i’m not sure what you’re reporting here, as this just comes across as a secondary appeal, which isn’t permitted for eorg bans.

eorg bans are applied for generating combat logs, and does not have to be applied for a hostile intent to grief.

there is no incorrect application of the rules here, and there isn’t an avenue of appeal for eorg bans.
