Your appeal:

I will admit I got carried away with my goofy character names. My rule 9 history isn’t the best which I shall also admit to, however I also believe that I have played HRP characters when I do not feel the urge to be a little bit silly, this will be my main focus if this ban is repealed, sticking to in-character, in-universe player characters.
