Beaker-related containers can scoop water floors/rivers for water (Realism QoL)

Title.

If rivers/water floors/tiles doesnt allow you to scoop water from it, they’re boiled down to “weakest sticky resin thats no-build-area and has water sprite”.

For realism purposes, beakers and other liquid-containers can scoop from such tiles/floors. Maybe dilute it with table salt so it isnt boiled down to “free pure water source”.
