Description of the incident:

We were on Kutjevo, inside FOB. I had an M4RA setup, sitting on cades. It was extreme lowpop. Probably no more than 5 marines outside cades, him being the only one near the cades. The rest were SE. Far east (i had a 4x on my M4) there were multiple xenos popping in and out including a carrier just sitting. So I started shooting at him, first lookign to see if anyone was in the way-- no one was but the accused was one square above. I took the shot, he instantly moved down and gets shot. He moves out of the way, i take the shot again, he moves back in the way. I put down my gun at this point because clearly even with only one marine in the way I’m not going to be able to take any shots. He walks over to me and lazers me with his m39 which puts me into crit nearly dead on the ground. Lucky (friendly neighborhood medic) saves me before I full die. Accidents happen, that doesn’t mean you kill a fellow marine.

Hello, I was Rick Ramirez. I’m was busy with flaming things and getting two or more shots at my head at one time, and after this just was angry because how you missed those shots? And also I apologised after this accident.

You were standing out there for little to no reason. You walked into my shot twice in a row then mag dumped me. After I died and you talked shit for a bit, you apologized.

Hello, thank you for the report.

After investigation it’s very clear that the friendly fire from you towards Ramirez was accidental, given you only landed two bullets within 3 seconds on accident. Them immediately turning around and putting 4 rounds into you over this without any attempt to clarify or speak with you is very clearly against our rules.
