There’s a bug where the squad designation stripe on your helmet stays once you remove it if you have a basic medhud on and have been injured in some way (having helmet accessories might also lead to the bug, i have no clue).
Issue’s been around since at least March 10th, I’ve seen two bug reports about it, but no results.
I’ve seen harry and drulikar react to the bug, but never attempt to fix it. Don’t know what the deal is.
