No, only here, and only this one particular ban i am appealing.
Unless we do count the automatic sticky ban after i changed my IP adress over the year that i was not playing the game, but that was not due to me violating any rule.

Reason for Ban:
Rule 4 (No griefing) and Rule 10 (Lethal Force).
I have been banned for repeatedly breaking the rules of escalation as a Doctor, by using Impedrezene, Mercury, and other such non-lethal chemicals in fights shipside. (The admin also noted my actions as breaking rule 4, which is griefing)
I have gotten a remark for that, and after that the department ban, that final situation being using it on an MP who attempted to search me a few minutes after round start.

I was in the wrong, it definitely was a breach of our escalation rules (Rule 10), since using any kinds of chemicals in combat is considered lethal escalation, even if the said chemical is non-lethal, and only has short-lasting, minor effects on the target.
Additionally it did break Rule 4, (griefing), though that was far from the intent i had. I was also just playing the game, and saw it more so as a humorous gimmick to spice up the shipside experience, and give the MPs something to do.
I don’t think i have done it more than a few times, though it has been almost a year since then, so i can’t say with certainty i remember all the details well. (The ban happend after 100 hours of playtime, not even counting Observer. such behavior is not something i have done every round, i would have gotten banned much faster if that was the case. The first remark on that issue, and then ban, were only a day apart.)
I do realize that i did break the rules, and that my actions had poor roleplay backing, so i will not do it again. I was new to Space Station at the time, and not yet used to the roleplaying elements and how to properly find entertainment in roleplay-focused roles.
That ban happend almost a year ago, on 20-09-2024, and i have recently returned to playing CM13. Since then i have racked up over twice the playtime i had until the ban. Now i am at 212 hours of playtime, 250 hours if we count observing.
What i think supports my believability, is that almost a quarter of that new playtime (21.7 hours) is on Military Police (And their job obviously is to uphold SoP and Marine law, which demonstrates that i am aware of how it works, and capable of not only following, but enforcing it. It is also a shipside, roleplay-focused role.), and another 19 hours on Hospital Corpsman (another medical role.). I have gotten no admin remarks, nor admin messages since that ban i am appealing.
Considering all that, i feel ready to properly appeal that ban, and i think have proven my capability to not make such mistakes again. I would like to try the medical roles sometimes as well.
