Change the font size for the Tabs?

Hello guys, returning player here after a year break.
I recently made the acquisition of a 4K screen, but it seem to trigger an issue with CM13 and as the title say. It is about the tabs. (IC, OOC, Ghost, etc etc).

For two whole hours I’ve been trying to find a way to have bigger fonts size for me to not have to put my eye on the screen to read the difference options.
And I also requested some help on the Discord. Alas to no result, thus I come here requesting some help about this particular issue.

TL;DR: How do you change the font size of the tabs? And no, not the chat itself.

Right, so I don’t think you can do this in SS13, like the whole of SS13, including other servers.

Remember Space Station 13 is very old. Probably does not support such things.
