The notes just wrong. The name is a combination of Adachi Rei and Kasane Teto its a combination of first name Teto and the guy from persona with the True! meme thing. Made cause it was the first thing I saw when I got told to change my last name a year ago, and Adachi sounded like a real and nice name so I used it. There’s really nothing more to it, there is no secret meaning. If you want me to change my last name due to a coincidence then that’s ok with me, but nobody else has a problem with it so it clearly isn’t hurting anyones immersion (the fact ive actively used the name for a year) (and used the name Teto a long time before that).

Really annoying to have this problem now, out of nowhere, over nothing.
