Description of the incident:
Pre-Marine drop, they’re standing in the middle of engineering blocking the window. I tailstab them for a fight, getting them out of the way of the window so we could fight in engi. I try and dance around for tail stabs (which I miss) before they decide to run off. I call them a coward, and they blow me up. Seemed inappropriate to just turn me to gibs instead of entertaining a fight or just not engaging. There was like 5 different predators this round, two with identical armour, but i’m pretty sure I got the correct person.

At this point Elder Lang’Kell heals itself up before they return to the Yautja ship and enter cryo, they leave the game shortly afterwards and offer no in-game commentary in dead chat.
Based on my log-diving there were multiple other Predators present in the map, all doing various other Predator related tasks.
I could not find any other combat logs regarding the above two players or if they were being attacked by a third party, but I also should stress the game does not really log things such as if someone was present in a battle but failed to attack or be attacked. I’m only interpreting the information I can pull.

Apologies for the long wait on the report!
From the combat logs and testimony of both sides, the council has concluded that while running around and constantly engaging the Predator before running away to start again 20 seconds later, then proceeding to call them a coward, their response was warranted in the spirit of the whitelist.
Engaging the Predator only to run away until your cooldown is up, while their speed cannot match yours when staying at a distance, only acting as a nuisance will have you be treated as such.
